(Saturday, June 22, 2024)
I will participate in the upcoming 2024 Summer Symposium hosted by the Abraham Lincoln Association. Set against the picturesque backdrop of Cantigny Park Visitors’ Theater Center in Wheaton, Illinois, this captivating half-day event will take place on Saturday, June 22, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This year's symposium offers a deep dive into the lesser-known aspects of Abraham Lincoln’s early life, his political ascent, and his presidency. We will feature a roster of esteemed speakers, including Ed Achorn, the prizewinning author of The Lincoln Miracle: Inside the Republican Convention that Changed History. Together, we will explore fresh perspectives on Lincoln's multifaceted persona and his profound impact on our nation. Click here for more details and ways to RSVP.
